Does Groom take a cut of my bookings?
No. Groom charges a monthly subscription per location, with no booking fees, per-client fees or revenue commission. Payment processing fees and applicable taxes are separate.
Can I keep Square or my existing payment provider?
Groom has payment integrations for Stripe, Square and Clover. Compatibility depends on your account, region, hardware and checkout workflow. Bring your current setup to a demo so we can confirm what will work before you switch.
What does barbershop software cost in Canada?
Groom's founding rate is $199 CAD per location per month, locked for as long as you stay. It includes a 15-day free trial and free onboarding and migration. The offer ends Oct 31, 2026. Processing fees and taxes are extra. Other providers use different plans, staff charges and add-ons; compare the total for your shop.
How long does it take to switch from Booksy or Squire?
Timing depends on your data exports, number of locations, payment setup and staff training. Groom includes onboarding and migration. We review your setup and agree on a launch plan before moving your shop; there is no fixed migration time promised for every business.
